Try playing around with the offset option for the hat. There is also a rotation option, identical to offset (Vector), that rotates the hat as well, and a scale option (float) that resizes the hat.

There is no "owner" per se.

There are developers, who collaborate on the client and server to keep it up-to-date and feature filled. These are maxorator (lead developer and architect of 0.4), myself, and the developers over at http://liberty-unleashed.co.uk. Falcon and bakasan are two developers who have been deemed inactive as they have not checked in for access to the latest codebase as of yet.

Then there are server owners, who actually take the work that the developers release and make their own servers with whatever features they want based on the scripts they develop.

The developers lay the foundation for the server owners to create the multiplayer experience, but no one person or group "owns" VC:MP.

As Seby posted, SMF is not Wedge. This forum runs on Wedge, which is completely incompatible.

The type IDs for OnPlayerUpdate are as follows.

Normal/On Foot: 0
Aiming/Firing Weapon: 1
Driver: 2
Passenger: 3

The type IDs for OnVehicleUpdate are as follows.

Driver: 0
Other (driverless sync): 1
Position: 2
Health: 4
Colour: 5
Rotation: 6

The events will always (or almost always) fire when something has changed. Player updates may fire even while idle when receiving sync packets from them. Vehicle updates will never fire if a vehicle is streamed to no one on the server.

There are no ARM builds of plugins or the server. It's unlikely a stream of official ARM builds will be made.

This isn't the actual function name, it's just CreatePickup with a different parameter list. Check the raw function names in FunctionHandler.cpp with the real names in Functions.cpp.

Because it wasn't a planned feature in the protocol when 0.4 was being written. Might be added in a later update.
