You don't undersand, if you don't know scripting you can't add nothing the server, follow thijn suggestion play public servers and if one day you want start to scripting seriously read the documentation

Seriously? how do you expect to open a server if you even failed to copy and paste a downloaded script and you don't even know what is a bracket { }

Most problems with connectivity or error in launcher vcmp is solved by deleting the 04beta folder that is located in %AppData%

and maybe updating the so too, with a new so you get less compatibility problems with new software and more security....

You're using a wrong syntax for PrivMessage, in 0.4 it's PrivMessage(player,"text");

There is already 32 bit version, just download x86
