Grow up kid crying for a 19years old game? Get a life work for future don't ruin your parents reputation for such a game that doesn't even give you a lesson. If you can't face some challenges then leave it and study or work somewhere to earn some money and make a future this game is not gonna help you financially in future you are just wasting time here. I had this problem few years ago but i don't exactly remember how did i resolved this but you should try installing clean version of GTA vc and try installing vcmp client in your game directory instead of appdata

does this mean we can host our server in the master list?

Host Time is the uptime to check the time since when the server is up / hosted.

To show your server in masterlist, you need announce plugin and port forwarded internet ( if local hosted ) or VPS

Recently tested: Bf3, Bf4, Gta5, Dying Light EE, COD AW, COD GHOST, WATCH DOGS

Last night i played GTA V i was dissapointed after getting 45+fps on ultra. May i will be able to run vc at least 30fps

I couldnt afford to buy much expansive pc to play VC
