I had a similar problem which was resolved by opening ports in my router. I am not convinced that would help in this case though.

Remove VC-MP name from PC and Appdata

Local VC-MP Roaming VC-MP and uninstall vc-mp

if its not working then update your windows

nothing to do Just goto your router and add your IP

Port = Your Server Port
IP = search on cmd 'ipconfig' you will see ur on the cmd for example 192.168,0.102

I think its your firewall blocking it, not the Ports as you have it in all servers. Check your firewall and make an exeption for vcmp
