port forwarding using PFconfig gone failed

it just have Sa-MP Server option

The verbose tag doesn't fix anything. It just gives more output in your console to debug stuff.
What does your console say now? And what does my checker say?

Yes. That means your server is invisible from the outside world, so your port forwarding failed.
Go consult google. We're here to help with VC:MP related problems.
