windows 8.1 64bit cant install vcmp 0.4 !

hello, when i try to install vcmp 0.4 on windows 8.1 i keep getting error (0x00007b) application was unable to start correctly. but before this it was saying msvcr120.dll is missing. how to solve and correctly install on windows 8.1 ?

Probably you need the redistributable files.

Also if by any chance you find that the 32 bit version of the redistributable files cannot install, make sure to install Windows Update KB2883200
