why do i get that all the time,im not able to join servers with rel006

i have os win 7 in which this problem occurs but not on windows 8.1


i have clean installed vc

I have no error, there are some players.
All players are with browser updated

i havent faced this issue since last update with any server or if it onl happens at ur server then u better update ur pluigns and exe
