Custom skins to server

i have seen custom skins, three files one dff, another txd and last an xml.

So what to do so that this skin appears in server? is not it possible.

But they also need a specific name for thr. 7z archive,  which I don't fully remember now

i am writing all the steps so that somebody will find useful.

How to add custom skin to your server.
1. Google vice city skin and you get lot from gtainside.com
2. Download it and you can see a .dff file and .txd
3. You need a .xml file too.

Now you need 7z software to create an archive with name. like z200_Spiderman.7z
place this file in store/skins folder.

Now you can use the skin with ID 200. player.Skin=200
