[Server] Custom Vehicles - Motorcycle Siren

Hey, y'all,

I'm trying to put the VCPD Wintergreen from Vice City Stories (that is available as a mod for GTA:SA) into my server. I have the bike working and all and appearing in game, but the flags that set the vehicle to have a siren don't seem to be working (the horn is the only thing that comes on when I hit "H". Is there any workaround to this?

My flags are set at 0101 (<extraflags>0101</extraflags>)
