Port forward [Question ]

I looked online and did not get an exact answer.

Is it possible to port a server after my ports have been forwarded then use a WiFi connection to start the server etc? I know it is possible to have a slight bad connection, but the internet is extremely good.

(Issue getting the Ethernet to the pc,. until I go to the store etc, and route it to where I will be located  )

Use a SSH client to access your PC and then run the server
