Anyway to fix it? I tried to uninstall and reinstall visual c++ but nothing.

Yeah, maybe he installed something bad like XAMPP which eats 500MBs of RAM and space on your hard-disk, and if mysql is turned on, then worse.

Thanks for the help. But I solved it already. Had to remove and reinstall both vcmp and GTA VC for it to work.
