How do i host my server on Internet

Hello friends.. :) :D

I want to host my server in internet, such that it shows on internet list.. I dont use modem or anything, I have mobile which i put on tethering mode and connect it to pc. How to log in to that?

Man all ur internet data is gonna finish and u can buy a VPS and then host ur server in it....and u can't connect to the tethering hotspot becoz its a PC and it requires Wireless adapter to connect wireless and if u host using VPS it will show up on the internet list 24/7

Well, you simply can't.
Mobile operators won't allow port forwarding :D
