there are any difference between the ids used for the vehicle.World?

yes there is, suppose if you set vehicle.World  to 2 only the player in world 2 can see/drive the vehicles.

There are no Different Types IDs of worlds if that's what you meant to ask. You can make different worlds with different IDs but they all are the same ( according to my knowledge ).
