/kill does not exist in 0.4

If you're talking about 0.3, it's old and you should focus your development on 0.4

Excuse me. I wasn't aware /kill did exist in 0.4. In that case: Well that sucks.
On another note. Yes, it was discussed to be removed. The command can easily be made with a plugin/Squirrel if server owners want it.
I haven't heard if it's actually going to be removed, though.
