when i did por forwarding to host my server the console said this can anyone help me

Scrrenshot is crashed mine console said that master.vc-mp.org is timed out while trying to reach your server are you port forwarded?

Yup, that basically means your server isn't accessible from the outside (or not from the masterlist..).
Try to get your port forwarded and test using my server checker.
