Try reinstalling your VCMP, i guess this issue is probably due your internet connections.

He only doesn't allow links that hijack browsers or specially if someone posts links to libraries which are not from Microsoft, the stuff you guys are talking about can be uploaded to a good file sharing site such as Mediafire since they are only a bunch of files and not executable or libraries that can make harm to one's PC.
