Irc bot not working

I download the echo bot from here http://forum.vc-mp.org/?topic=1695.msg12125#msg12125 but it is not connect to irc i check everything. it also not giving any error please help me. ty in advance

and i just config const BotName, server, port and PREFIX

yes i put it in function onScriptLoad()
