I want to add "mission complite" sound. I've converted it from mp3 to wav and compress with 7zip but 700kb it's on border of evil. Is it possible to play mp3 sounds?

I think this custom audio uses vice city's built-in sound system so it only supports wavs.

The custom radio uses bass audio library. And I hope there will be stream outside the vehicles in next version.

from the past half hour, I'm trying to add 1 sound, the rest would work but that particular sound won't. The name is totally correct, the format is wav, compressed with the same 7zip which was used for previous ones and yet it just won't play. It would have been better to implement custom sounds by taking more time but atleast something which could turn out better for instance only wav files... not mp3

I think I could write a program that auto zip the files in correct method. Just drag files in.

Well, guys stop. Compressing music files won't help ya. A 2mb music stayed at 2mb( or say 1.98mb ). 7zip can compress other files, but not music.

VC-MP Won't Support KGB archieves. Stick with 7zip

Kgb can resize the size of any file
