Sprites & Textdraws limit

Sprites limit is 128 and textdraws limit is 256. This is for one player or for all?

All. But since they can be shown or hidden to some. They can be considered individual. However, still within that limit. And since you can't modify texdtraws, scale sprites and let them repeat as a tile and/or perform various other similar operations on them. They do seem easy to exhaust.
