[Suggestion] Stream Radio On-Foot

i would want to suggest to add radio stream on foot.. because i dont like it on cars
would it be possible to do it when player is not onfoot?

Radio streams can theoretically be used on foot, and the game already has support for this. Walking into interiors such as Malibu Club, Pole Position or North Point Mall use radio stations, which is how streams operate.

We could probably add this in without much difficulty. It's just that as a new feature, it'd require additions across the client, server, and scripting plugins. Right now I'm focused on bugfixes and not new features.
