bug or hack?

Hello i have a question about a bug/hack?
Someone in my server keeps getting kicked for armourincrease 0 to 200 and also hp 0 to 100
He sais hes not hacking but its lag, witch im not so sure of.
when using /heal nobody gets kicked and as for armour nobody can as its not scripted.
here a pick of console. Is it a bug or what??? i dont think so

Definitely hacking. The server knows to expect their health to increase when they use a command like /heal, lag doesn't matter in that situation. It only becomes an issue if the server complains about them getting new weapons.

Also, you never scripted in armour, so there's that.

it happend to me i chose army and i get kicked and eva told me that i have hacks ???
it happend 4 months ago..

Jup and as you can see in replies im not the onlyone who thinks so, you cant get kicked by picking army

Oh and besides Ahmed the first thing you said is my brother was on Pc... right!

yea and he doesnt know any trainer cuz i think VC:MP doesnt have hacks
