Sure. But alot is blocked so far like on ps4 etc.

I prefer pc. Ever since ordering gta3 for pc/ps2 over a decade ago, I fell in love with PC, Theres just more options. Like LU, VCMP etc,.

well, i could prefer even more pc if i had a intel core i7 and gtx 1080. since gta 4 on my pc runs with 50 fps on low settings
but that is shitty , so i have to play it on my x360
 for multiplayers 'n shit then pc of course, but i hardly ever play old mp games. I remember i used to play gta 3 on ps 2 when i was 3 years old. that was my first game ever, then VC. Typing the codes all the time xD
