Have you tried to change it in singleplayer?

Are you in the true VCMP window mode, Any window mode? You are obviously playing in full screen, You need to find the right configuration file and set it to window mode.


Imagine for a moment. You are doing a screen-shot with the screen sized to a tiny window, But you have it set for a full screen..

I would throw an error trying to capture that. Just go to story mode but don't start a new game etc etc. We have been doing this for over a decade I don't think a full documentation is necessary
