Here are the culprits:

2001:41d0:2:c2df::1
I suggest you ban them from the masterlist. This wouldn't make a difference to them since they would still be allowed to announce by their IPv4 addresses.

I suggest you ban them from the masterlist. This wouldn't make a difference to them since they would still be allowed to announce by their IPv4 addresses.

I suggest they get their announce script in order, and only allow Ipv4 addresses. No need to ban specific people, just ban Ipv6 altogether
