i turned off firewall
and i have another problem "could not start procces (740)"

What exactly did you do 4 days ago ?
Did you reinstall windows or what ?

Run VCMP as a administrator, and check if the original VC is in the right directory.

guys another problem appeared when i join servers the files dont downoad Why ?

you may have to wait for a while because VCMP's server download speed is slow.
