Try to install this here C:\Windows\System32 or if you have 64 bit i think C:\Windows\System64

How did I solve the problem?

i delete windows 7 and i install windows 8.1 and its fixed because I did not know and I deleted important things in the system like windows update.

Don't provide DLL download links from 3rd party sites, they are not safe and is also not how you should be solving missing DLL errors. He is just having mismatching server and plugin versions which he needs to fix.

it shows error when i try to update also i had win10 my pc lags on that so i have installed windows 7. and yep i have active internet :)
