When I Try to join a server nothing happens and game doesn't open

this is a weird issue i don't know why it is happening can you all help me with this problem? i played vcmp before but now i'm getting this problem not before i even tried reinstalling the game and vcmp but nothing changed it is still the same problem. please help me i want some nostalgia by playing vcmp.
