Kernel32.dll problem.

I had core i2 ._. and core i5(laptop) , but i think it is the latest one.

Windows has discontinued updates for XP .
Windows XP works fine  and i  think you have trojan  and use updated plugins

Using the SP3 service update pack instead of an XP version with all the updates up until 2014 does not mean the same thing. There's literally hundreds of updates since the release of the SP3 update.

It looks like the server was compiled in a way that only makes it compatible with Vista (Server 2008) and up.

off: it makes me laugh by watching that some guys are unable to run vcmp on i5 and up btw i was using an pentium 4ht with win7 and was everything working fine and now i am using AMD 64 x2 dualcore 4800+ with win7 and sometimes win8 but still everything works fine for me isnt it kinda funny

Dude why dont you use Win7 Pro or Ultimate? that OS will free you from nightmares, btw one thing, if you are using latest plugins and old server.exe that also cause crashes, it also happend to me few days ago. try latest plugins and server.exe

Nah..Nevermind , but i had tried this at Windows ultimate is that problem with me only ? because i always see some one in this problem who is currently using windows 7 that vcmp client can't start even ; well the easiest way is that Which operating system is better i mean the windows 7 and if 7 which version ultimate ? well i am actually changing the topic to other client and stuff thats other matter so sorry , but which window and version?

So i finally tried that in windows 8.1 pro , and the server still crashed i don't whats the problem with it! i download latest plugins! and server.I am unable to send screen shot because i don't know how to take screen shot from laptop.I downloaded the lastest 3 plugins and server.exe from here http://forum.vc-mp.org/?board=5.16 which are basically socket,squirrel , and sqlite , and remaining one from here http://forum.vc-mp.org/?board=5.16 i.e:announce etc.Now i would like to talk with stormeus a bit as this problem is not getting solved even by changing operating system!
