Does anyone have a full version of Client for any available version of Server?

Hello everyone, I'm looking for a full version of the client for some available server.

If I download the latest version from the site and moddb the client tries to download some 7z archive (684e9679000072ae.7z), but it is not available. Does anyone have this file? or maybe a compatible server and client (old versions).

I want to play with a friend locally.

MEGAMIND, the client requests some archive, but it is not downloaded. An empty file 68501a1b00004823.7z appears next to the client (an attempt to download, but ends with an error - 0 KB)

The client requests a file from the server http://u04.vc-mp.org/download
(MIME Multipart Media Encapsulation, Type: multipart/form-data, Boundary: "------------------------8cb94bca9767282c"), but the server does not return the file.

MEGAMIND, does this bundle work for you? Maybe the server build should be older to be compatible with the 0.4 client?

I downloaded this "https://u04.thijn.ovh/files/build66B660F1.7z"
But I don't know where to unpack it, I tried everything. Probably needs to be unpacked into a specific folder.

I tried to unpack it to "C:\Users\Rafael\AppData\Local\Vice City Multiplayer", next to VCMPBrowser.exe.
I tried to unpack it to the server folder.
I tried to unpack it to the game folder.
Unfortunately, it did not help.

My client is 0.4
Server version is VCMP04_server_v39
Vice City Multiplayer says server is 0.4.7.1.

UPD:

It turns out that this https://u04.thijn.ovh/files/build66B660F1.7z file was unpacked into the folder "0.4.7.1", next to VCMPBrowser.exe in the folder "C:\Users\Rafael\AppData\Local\Vice City Multiplayer". After which everything works. Thanks MEGAMIND for help.
