SERVER UPDATE – CUSTOM CONTENT CLEANUP

I've decided to remove almost all custom skins to keep the server in-theme and to improve download times and loading speed for everyone.

The only custom skins staying are a very small few that fit server events (such as Zombies or Hulk).

Sorry if you lost anything during this cleanup. I've also removed all custom cars, and we're starting clean so we don't end up with broken lists, missing files, or bugged vehicle/skin setups.

If you purchased a custom car and lost it, please DM me or staff with:
• your username 
• what you bought 
• proof or a screenshot (if possible) 

We will refund you.

More custom content will return later — properly, cleanly, and done right.

🎬 CUTSCENE REMOVED
- The forced intro cutscene for new players has been REMOVED
- Credit: Massive Denman
- No more spawn freeze / forced camera / waiting around
- If you ever want to watch it again, you can replay it at the camera pickup using /intro

- Auto-events stability improved (less glitchy countdowns / cleaner starts)

🚗 PLAYER CAR LOCK (NEW) 🚗

You can now lock your owned vehicle so nobody else can enter it.

/carlock 
Locks the car you're currently in if you own it. 
After that, only you (and admins) can enter it.

/carunlock 
Unlocks your vehicle.

Opt-in feature — nothing changes unless you use the commands.

The city never stops moving — but how events run has changed.

⚙️ AUTO-EVENTS — ADMIN CONTROLLED ⚙️

Auto-events no longer trigger on their own by default.

They are now a deliberate choice made by admins.
Some days auto-events will be active.
Some days they will be disabled.

This allows tighter control over pacing, balance, and server flow.

🎮 PLAY EVENTS ANYTIME 🎮

Players are no longer forced to wait.

You can start and play events whenever you want.
Use /events to manually start races, DM, and other activities.

📱 NEW COMMAND VISIBILITY 📱

Use /myphone to see:
• Available events 
• New commands 
• Activities you can start at any time

TL;DR

Auto-events only run when admins enable them.
Players can start events whenever they choose.
[/myphone] shows everything available.

Crime finally has consequences — and cops finally have a reason to hunt.

🚨 NEW: WANTED SYSTEM (PERSISTENT) 🚨

Robberies now raise your Wanted Level.
Your Wanted Level is saved to your account and keeps building as you commit crimes.

Use /wanted to check:
- Your current Wanted Level 
- Who is wanted online (and how much)

👮 COP GAMEPLAY IS REAL NOW 👮

Want to enforce the law?

1) Pick a law class:
/class cop or /class fbi

2) Hunt wanted suspects:
Use /wanted to find targets.

3) Make arrests:
Use /arrest and /takein to bring suspects in and earn rewards.

💰 ROBBERIES = MONEY + WANTED 💰

Robbing is profitable — but it raises your Wanted Level.

Common crime paths:
- Stores/Street: /storerob, /storerob2, /storerob3, /robstand, /rob 
- Banks: Get a charge with /bomb1-4 then hit /bankrob1-4

If you keep robbing, your Wanted keeps stacking — and cops will be alerted.

NEW: SCHOOL TRAINING (LIBRARY)
- A new training spot is now live at the Library.
- Use /school while standing at the Library spot to start training.
- While training you'll be frozen in place and earn +5 XP every 5 seconds.
- Type /school again to stop training and unfreeze.

BUFF: EXTRA XP FOR TAKEINS
- Law players now earn extra XP when successfully using /takein on suspects.
- This is meant to push more cops vs robbers gameplay and reward arrests.
