Server error again!

As you can see the picture the error came when i type any command usually not in all but this error come and i am unable to find what that mean and how can i solve that?

HOLY MOTHER OF F*ING GOD. THIS ERROR HAS NO END. DAFUQ IS A MATER WITH YOU PEOPLE? THE ERROR IS CLEAR AS DAYLIGHT. AND I'M TIRED OF EXPLAINING OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN WHAT THAT MESSAGE MEANS.
