Yes I believe my server name is quite long. Is this the root cause causing the announcer error?

I can try to disable the Discord plugins and maybe shorten the server name

Long story short is been a long time since I hosted a server. and now I am back
Everything is working fine. The server is showing up in VCMP internet list. People can join and play but I notice a few errors that didn't exist back then compare to now (in screenshot below) and also there seems to be intermittent issue the server will crash and I will need to restart it again. can anyone help me to understand the following erros?

You need to sync the health in the server's code. Take the onPlayerShot client side function (or whatever it was) send a `damage` packet to the server and then sync the health manually. That's kinda the only way.

Is there really an event function for on player getting shot?

Extra info: I mostly active in VKs official server [Angel Hosting], that server is quite good for DM.

I will talk this in short form,
-Can't update VCMP 0.4 (Failed to check update list)
-Can't enter any server due to didn't update
-When going to "http://u04.maxorator.com" Got Error 403
-I already run VCMP 0.4 in administrator
-Firewall already disabled for VCMP 0.4

Any solution?
