I personally don't see why you would add an irc client to something so simple as a program to join vc-mp servers, but oh well...

Or a console. People generally don't care about the IP addresses of servers that aren't up.

Perhaps you are joining the server but the browser is being bugged and doesn't let you join the server. You can open up the IRC and get support there
Well instead of opening up your favorite IRC client and typing in the networks and the channel name all you have to do here is click on 'VKs official server' [yes, this will be for more servers later on, and will use a database on 164.132.200.179] and then press the big IRC button on the top right corner and it will automatically fill in the server and channel for you and you just type your nick, your nickserv password and a server name [doesn't have to be correct] and you are ready to shine
