remove auto fps setting many user don't have fps on pc but show fps like 29.34 or after 2 sec show 8 fps make lag with gameplay this problem with many user they dont know how to fix this so remove fps or tell how to fix cuz creat problem with  vcmp gameplay huge lag

the problem is the plugins cant be loaded failed: code 126  all except squirrel
 xmlconf04rel32 sqlite04rel32 sockets04rel32 HashLoader32 hashing04rel32
