Would you add more passengers to sits to vehicle name "Coach", just similar like on SA:MP? In single I can take 8 passengers and VC:MP gives only 1 passenger + driver... so my friends have to stay on the roof..

Please share your solution for other people who are having this problem in the future.

Don't use VCMP with antivirus ZoneAlarm. He locked connection to VCMP servers.

Reinstall GTA VC.

Done and nothing happened.

Solved by myself. Time to lock.

Solution = Uninstall shitty antyvirus

Antivirus was good, but if he doesn't give me chance to play VCMP, I had to unistall him.

i dont have d3d8.dll thing in my vcmp folder

d3d8.dll isn't in VCMP folder. They should be in (System disc):\Windows\system32

Reinstall GTA VC.

Done and nothing happened.

Solved by myself. Time to lock.

Delete your d3d8.dll to fix the Connecting to :0 problem.
Btw it might remove mods.

Yeah, I can't now connect to server (browser). d3d8.dll is needed. Can someone upload his one?

Changed system to 7 32-bit, and problem solves back...

I have SP3. I mean that it stuck on connecting to server (Kaufman Cabs) and trying in infinity to reconnect.

I installed VC-MP 0.4 on XP a few minutes ago and I can't connect to any server. I connect and see splash screen, but after it that can't connect me to server. Any help?

Yeah, this isn't LU website, but if I good remember, LU & VCMP join forces two years ago, so you should help. Many VCMP devs and supporters are from LU too.

I can't find this folder.. I'm administator and only user on computer, damn...

@Edit: I fix that. I set compatibility with Windows 98/ME and Start this as admin... - really weird that I'm administrator..

Yep, I found it right now, but in folder Roaming I don't see VCMP folder..

But I have 7 and that folders from AppData isn't exist on my computer. Damn..

I installed VCMP 0.4 few time ago and when I'm trying to connect with everyone server I have that error:
