I guess there are ways to enable them on purpose, but I guess we can't discuss about them. Yet this wasn't the case though, in this case it was a glitch since I didn't do anything to enable them.

They didn't implement them, they just left them enabled in the client instance, but they aren't synced, each player sees them in a different position and there is no net code. And of course what makes it hard of implementing NPCs is syncing them for everyone. I remember in LU using a memory address which allowed to toggle pedestrians, yet unsynced. And LH:MP at first had NPCS and even NPC vehicles enabled as well, before they removed them. I had a small argument with Romop5 cause I told him that it would be cool leaving the ability to toggle NPCs or not to server owners. However he just rejected it telling me because they are unsynced.

The ability to toggle backface culling is great. I was waiting for those invisible objects to be fixed long time. Thanks to @sseebbyy for showing what it practically does.

@Finch Real: You should seek help in other GTA related forums, where they discuss Cleo scripts and you'll be sure to find better responses. Anyway as for the key you need to retrieve the correct ASCII ID corresponding to it, just google "ASCII table" or if you want to use another key from the numpad, here is a link.
So i.e. if you want to use numpad 9 instead of numpad 2 just change this line:05EE:   key_pressed 98to: 05EE:   key_pressed 105
As for the weapon you can retrieve the IDs from VC:MP wiki, Home -> ID References -> Weapons, so i.e. if you want to give them Tec-9 instead of Python, change this line: 01B2: give_actor 4@ weapon 18 ammo 66to: 01B2: give_actor 4@ weapon 22 ammo 66
P.s. I don't have any knowledge about Cleo so here I gave you an untested theorical way to do it, therefore it may or may not work, if you want to learn this stuff, go to an appropriate forum, by googling you may find plenty.

Due to the limit of objects, we can't port the whole map :P and also if we do, it'd be too huge to download.

For LU people only: Can someone please restore the Wiki? It's all filled with blank pages, a topic has been posted about that in LU forum one week ago, but no response so far. Sorry for making a topic about it here, but I'd really need to use the Wiki and the Wayback Machine doesn't show every page.
