Need help, failed to load plugin mysql

My OS is windows server 2003 R2, 32bit.






I got this error line in server_log.txt:

MySQL module is compiled using a precompiled library from Oracle which does not support XP/Server 2003.

I can confirm FindPlayer(0).SetAlpha(0,0) is not working

Yes. You should change your OS to a decent, well updated, and otherwise not deprecated OS.
