Sorry. Something about all caps. Some people consider it shouting.
Others consider it just hard to read (most printed materials (newspapers, etc) limit ALL CAPS to titles and headlines. Why? Because it *is* difficult to distinguish/comprehend.) and still others just consider it as a way to emphasize something.
Unfortunately, if you type everything in all caps, I and many others will ignore you just like we would ignore (and possibly try to have ejected from the area) the person who is always screaming instead of talking in a normal tone.
