Can't connect to servers

Hello,
I'm new to this whole VC:MP stuff and I'm trying to get in to it . Anyway, when I click to join a server, a dialog box pops up and says: Downloading version 04rel006. I wait 30 seconds or so for it to download, then I get an error: Version used by server is not installed and failed to download. The bar turns red. I click Continue and I'm back to square one. What else should I download or do? I'm using a Steam version of GTA:VC if that helps. Thanks.

The Update URL Link is down, for some reason, and will be back up when developers are back.
Until then, we are using a mirror link.
Go to Tools->Settings and change that Updater URL with: http://u04.thijn.ovh

Also the Masterlist URL has a mirror: http://master.vc-mp.ovh

Yeah, the mirror links worked. Sadly, I needed to not have my widescreen fix mod. But other than that, atleast I can play now.
