How Can I Fix This Message :
announcer: master.vc-mp.org timed out while trying to reach your server; are your ports forwarded?

You need to forward your ports in order to fix this issue.

I have forwarded my ports, still then getting this error

Make sure you have the latest plugins and theres nothing which blocks the announcer plugin to announce the server to masterlist.
Ex :-
Svr -> Opened -> Announcer -> Trying to go to the masterlist -> Something which is blocking it. It can be your antivirus .-/ Failed to sent request and returned with an error message.

No problem, I have fixed it, it was caused due to HIGH firewall settings
