How i get Z axis Slower in Vcmp ? pl0x help me

I guess Z axis depends on the ratio and sensitivity of X and Y axis. There is no way to slow down or speed up Z axis in VCMP or even in SP VC.

Z axis is the altitude of player from the center of map. The bigger value of Z axis, the higher the element will be, reducing it will reduce its altitude.
