You're supposed to see the HUD font with the new wanted and heart symbol and hd, and the radar and arrow in there, and the water and the stats on bottom right and the hd water bullets and the aim target

The only mod I may ever implement into the VC:MP is the PS2 green M16 aimer from GTA3,.
Believe it or not you can actually mess up sync adding mods in VC:MP or LU,
There is a few things that I can remove from TXD textures to have higher FPS over other players giving myself smaller advantages as well as better sync.
Compared to the guy that has intense car drifting smoke and more fire in textures (to much to explain).
I find it best to leave it alone or remove stuff. but of course I suppose the game gets old over a decade.
I'd like to see a update one day that server owners can turn on C.R.C checks for modified games as I can add a lot of stuff like this and take advantage as well against my opponent at times making myself lag a little in the packets allowing myself to get extra head shot wins.

Most of them wont have any performance difference at all. For example the rivatuner stats are actually running on a different instance and the text is injected into D3D8

framerate limit 0
osd support on
osd render vector 3d
osd coordinate viewport
osd shadow off
osd display palette 0, 132, 132
osd zoom 0
show own statistics off
position bottom right 5, 5
apply custom prefrences in msi afterburner>monitoring and use in OSD
check show in OSD
hardware poll 1000 (smoother looks uglier)
