Most likely its a database lock due to too many ReloadScripts();
@Stormeus when I added DisconnectSQL(Sqlite.db) before ReloadScripts(); it still doesn't work, I also tried DisconnectSQL("SQLite.sql"); but the database gets locked and I need to restart the server to fix it.
