Strange server

I can't connect to it too. Idk, but i tried pinging it and i got 0 % loss. VCMP's fault?

That's not against the rules. The devs allowed more than one game to be opened from a single VCMP client. They might be using a script as well, but, it's not against the rules.

well since no rules in masterlist, so admins will follow their own wishes only and wont ban their VU friends.

The rules are "use common sense and don't do anything that is ridiculous on its face." We don't list things like "Don't flood the masterlist with 25 servers whose names are just attacking someone" because that's clearly wrong, as is padding a server with fake users to give the impression of popularity.
