Can't you just start creating a new server browser ?

Then you can show it to developers, and maybe they will use your browser as VC:MP's default.

The 0.3 browser must be the single thing better than 0.4.

PS: Do not forget to add the important features of the 0.3 browser.

I have no idea if it was created in a bad way, using bad softwares, but it is at least better looking and more featured.
(but it may be just my opinion)

I'm a lazy man and I don't want to write a new one:)
And I don't know how to launch Steam version GTA-VC.
The 0.3browser is a little better, such as server fliter. But I don't know Delphi language.
