I also get an error on my windows! Can you tell me why I get that error?

AFAIK plugins are compiled with the VS 2010 version.

Im just gonna say that your post make absolutely no sense. You don't download some DLLs from google and hope for it to work.
You need to install the right Redistributable Packages, not place some DLLs in your server directory.

It's not VS2013. It's not VS2010. Why the f*zz aren't they doing that

It's a bit difficult to troubleshoot because the error code indicates that the file couldn't even be found. It also only seems to happen with the 64-bit plugins, so it's either a dependency or a build issue.

Problem solved by installing all packages of vcredist
