How to auto-reconnect the IRC bots when they gets a ping timeout?

If they ping timeout your code is wrong.

Ahh, I don't mean that
What will happen if my net is down for a min, then my bots will be disconnected for sure, how to reconnect them to IRC?(currently I'm doing it with a cmd)

Don't worry if your net is down for a minute. Bots can timeout after 120 seconds.
Close sockets and connect bots again? Simple solution.
