i can't open chat in any server

The chat in this multiplayer is built in.

There is no GUI chat

Technically just text

Your issue is probable due to nothing is going on in the server[tip system, players dieing, etc]

If i am correct as Cena said. Press the "T" Key on your keyboard then type "Hello" Or whatever the text you want to see.

If you do not have a chat then you must describe what you did to remove it as I do not know how to do that, and would like to know

Try re-installing your Client....

That can be a language problem.
AbuSager, try pressing F7 and see the chat, and try changing your language to English.
