Thanks to all of you for your help. I unfortunately have about 512GB of installed and important shit which I cant just copy and paste + I will void my license by installing it again (my license was a w10insiderpreview license). I'll try all of your solutions and see which one works.

Download the media creation tool to install the Windows 10 it will only erase system datas and all the private folders will be kept even applications.
