 Hello,
 Today I have bought GTA: Vice City (I played it few years ago, but anyway). I was browsing some mods and I loved GTA: VCMP.
 I wanted to download it from moddb but my antivirus stopped the download saying it have a virus.
 PLEASE HELP!
 I really want to play it.

The one from MODDB is outdated (old). Look at the top of the forum for places to download the latest version:

Also, because the mod has to modify the memory of the game process, your antivirus finds it as a virus. Be sure to mark the executable as false/positive in your antivirus. It is not a virus. But a virus uses similar techniques and the antivirus thinks it's a virus.

It's definitely clean. I'm not sure what antivirus software you use, but you might need to make an exception for it.

The one from MODDB is outdated (old).

He needs to download the browser from ModDB, and then the client installs the latest version from there.
